If you see something during your ride with Thunder Bay’s public transit system and believe it needs to be reported, you can do so through the customer service office. They can be contacted at 684-3744 or transit@thunderbay.ca. The office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Emergency matters that require police, medical, or fire should be reported to 911, and police matters that are not emergencies can be reported to the non-emergency line.
