If Rocketman isn’t working on your phone, try these steps first:

  1. Turn your phone off and back on.
  2. Make sure Rocketman can access your Location in your phone settings.
  3. Make sure Notifications are turned on for Rocketman.
  4. If you’re still having issues, try deleting the app and reinstalling it from your app store (note: if you delete the app you will lose any content you’ve saved or added to your favourites).

If the app is working but you’re not seeing any countdowns or transit vehicle arrival predictions, there is a chance that your local transit agency’s feeds are down (TTC, Translink, BC Transit, Calgary Transit, etc.).
